The work The Square by Henry Koerner was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2008. It achieved a price of USD 169,000.00 (€ 108,611.83), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. Admittedly, works by Henry Koerner have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Pigeons in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 576,600.00 (€ 510,853.19).

Die Arbeit The Square von Henry Koerner kam im Mai 2008 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 169.000,00 (€ 108.611,83) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henry Koerner auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Pigeons im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 576.600,00 (€ 510.853,19).
