This artwork by Henry Inlander achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in March 2013. In the Modern British and Irish Art auction, the work Grass sold for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,186.44) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,800.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Henry Inlander; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot View From Castello sold at auction in November 2021 with the realized price of GBP 5,100.00 (€ 5,987.88).

Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Henry Inlander; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit View From Castello im November 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 5.100,00 (€ 5.987,88).
