Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2005 a collector was able to acquire the work Abstract Interior by Henry Inlander for GBP 480.00 (€ 699.07). This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century British Art at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 700.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Henry Inlander have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View From Castello in November 2021 with an auction result of GBP 5,100.00 (€ 5,987.88).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2005 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Abstract Interior von Henry Inlander für GBP 480,00 (€ 699,07) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th Century British Art bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 700,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henry Inlander auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View From Castello im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.100,00 (€ 5.987,88).
