This artwork by Henriette Gertrude Knip achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2006. In the 19th Century European Art auction, the work Mixed flowers on a ledge sold for EUR 19,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Henriette Gertrude Knip - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dutch A Still Life With Flowers And Fruit On A Forest Ground, which sold at auction in April 2008 for EUR 50,650.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Henriette Gertrude Knip erzielte im April 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th Century European Art wurde die Arbeit Mixed flowers on a ledge für EUR 19.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Henriette Gertrude Knip mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dutch A Still Life With Flowers And Fruit On A Forest Ground beobachtet, die im April 2008 für EUR 50.650,00 versteigert wurde.
