Auction result well in line with expectations
In October last year Artcurial held the auction Prints & Multiples Online, which included the work Paysages Parisiens - 1900 by Henri Rivière. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,461.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Admittedly, works by Henri Rivière have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'enterrement des parapluies in March 2017 with an auction result of EUR 40,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte Artcurial die Auktion Prints & Multiples Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paysages Parisiens - 1900 von Henri Rivière zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.461,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 4.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henri Rivière auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit L'enterrement des parapluies im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 40.000,00.
