Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

Here, the upper estimate of USD 18,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 18,750.00 (€ 14,643.86). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri-Pierre Danloux achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of Lum A'Kao in January 2020 with an auction result of USD 572,000.00 (€ 515,640.49).
