Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2007 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art 2, which included the work Tartanes Dans Le Port De Saint-Tropez, Circa 1912 by Henri Person. The price achieved of EUR 3,718.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Person achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Baie De Cassis in October 2018 with an auction result of EUR 84,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2007 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art 2 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tartanes Dans Le Port De Saint-Tropez, Circa 1912 von Henri Person zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.718,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri Person erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Baie De Cassis im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 84.500,00.
