The result of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 19,057.67) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Adrien Tanoux achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Namouna in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 216,250.00.

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 19.057,67) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri Adrien Tanoux erzielen.
