Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 8,225.00 (€ 13,198.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Extensive Rhenish Landscape With Peasants And Animals Resting In The Shade Of Romanesque Ruins in January 2015 with an auction result of USD 245,000.00 (€ 217,006.20).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 8.225,00 (€ 13.198,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 7.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hendrik van Minderhout erzielen.
