This artwork by Helen Khal achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Dubai in March 2019. In the Middle Eastern Modern & Contemporary Art auction, the work Still Life sold for USD 18,750.00 (€ 16,699.32) - well above the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Helen Khal have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November this year with an auction result of GBP 69,300.00 (€ 80,303.63).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Helen Khal erzielte im März 2019 bei Christies in Dubai einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Middle Eastern Modern & Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Still Life für USD 18.750,00 (€ 16.699,32) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Helen Khal auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 69.300,00 (€ 80.303,63).
