Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work "Sonntagsausflug" by Heimrad Prem for SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,911.77). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 40,000.00 – 50,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Heimrad Prem achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „Gesichter einer Landschaft“ in June this year with an auction result of EUR 38,100.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Sonntagsausflug" von Heimrad Prem für SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.911,77) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Heimrad Prem erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „Gesichter einer Landschaft“ im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 38.100,00.
