A top price for Heidi König
This artwork by Heidi König achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in February 2008. In the British Printmaking auction, the work Madiba sold for GBP 1,062.50 (€ 1,389.71) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 600.00. This high result makes Madiba the most expensive artwork by Heidi König that we have observed at auctions so far.
