The price achieved of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,584.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 6,000.00 – 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by He Zhuo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Calligraphy in April this year with an auction result of HKD 45,600.00 (€ 46,566.52).

Die Arbeit Han Yu'S Essay And Poem In Running Script von He Zhuo wurde im März 2016 in der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.584,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 6.000,00 – 9.000,00 angegeben worden.
