This artwork by He Zhuo achieved an unexpectedly high price at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. In the Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Calligraphy sold for HKD 276,000.00 (€ 26,190.97) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 150,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by He Zhuo; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Calligraphy sold at auction in April this year with the realized price of HKD 45,600.00 (€ 46,566.52).

Dieses Kunstwerk von He Zhuo erzielte im Oktober 2013 bei POLY in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Calligraphy für HKD 276.000,00 (€ 26.190,97) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 150.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von He Zhuo; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Calligraphy im April diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 45.600,00 (€ 46.566,52).
