Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Landscape by He Weipu was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2019. The price achieved of HKD 29,500.00 (€ 3,371.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 20,000.00 – 40,000.00. Admittedly, works by He Weipu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work LANDSCAPES AFTER YUAN AND MING MASTERS in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 30,000.00 (€ 27,930.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Landscape von He Weipu wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 29.500,00 (€ 3.371,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 20.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Weipu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit LANDSCAPES AFTER YUAN AND MING MASTERS im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 27.930,36).
