A top price for He Juan - as previously expected
In October 2018 China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art, which included the work Flower Sea Series No.1(Painted In 2012) by He Juan. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 70,000.00 – 150,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 82,600.00 (€ 9,300.88) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Flower Sea Series No.1(Painted In 2012) is the most expensive artwork by He Juan that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Oktober 2018 führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flower Sea Series No.1(Painted In 2012) von He Juan zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 70.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 82.600,00 (€ 9.300,88) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Flower Sea Series No.1(Painted In 2012) das teuerste Kunstwerk von He Juan, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
