Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bite off Ears by He Juan was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 31,200.00 (€ 3,893.12). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by He Juan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Flower Sea Series No.1(Painted In 2012), which sold at auction in October 2018 for HKD 82,600.00 (€ 9,300.88).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bite off Ears von He Juan wurde im Juli letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 31.200,00 (€ 3.893,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von He Juan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Flower Sea Series No.1(Painted In 2012) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für HKD 82.600,00 (€ 9.300,88) versteigert wurde.
