The work Flower And Butterfly by He Hongyu was sold in the Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2020. It achieved a price of HKD 15,000.00 (€ 1,619.52), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by He Hongyu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flavours on the Lake in December last year with an auction result of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,549.64).

Die Arbeit Flower And Butterfly von He Hongyu wurde im November 2020 in der Auktion Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 15.000,00 (€ 1.619,52) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Hongyu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flavours on the Lake im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.549,64).
