In November last year Christies in London held the auction Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art, Part II, which included the work The Interpreter by Hayv Kahraman. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 94,500.00 (€ 109,503.92), 35% above the upper estimate. Other works by Hayv Kahraman have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 118,750.00 (€ 133,913.36) in October 2018 for the work The Kawliya Dance.

Im November letzten Jahres führte Christies in London die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Middle Eastern Art, Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Interpreter von Hayv Kahraman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 94.500,00 (€ 109.503,92) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Hayv Kahraman haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 118.750,00 (€ 133.913,36) im Oktober 2018 für die Arbeit The Kawliya Dance beobachtet.
