Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Unveiling by Hassan Hajjaj was sold in the 20th Century Art / Middle East auction at Sothebys in London in October 2019. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 10,149.37). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hassan Hajjaj - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Master Cobra Mansa, which sold at auction in May this year for USD 32,760.00 (€ 30,749.01).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
