Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 358.40 (€ 313.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Harold E. Edgerton achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Harold Edgerton: Ten Dye Transfer Photographs' in October 2019 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 53,787.54).
