In June 2003 Christies in London held the auction British Pictures 1500-1850, which included the work Double portrait of a boy and a girl of the Lister family, full-length, the boy holding a hare in his right hand, the girl in a white dress, with flowers in her hair, seated on a cushion, a red curtain and landscape beyond by Herman Verelst.
