In September 2013 Christies in London held the auction The Collection of Professor Sir Albert Richardson, P.R.A., which included the work Charing Cross Hospital, London by Hanslip Fletcher. The price achieved of GBP 625.00 (€ 747.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Other works by Hanslip Fletcher have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2005 the work Phoenix Assurance, West End; and Phoenix Assurance, Lombard Street was auctioned for GBP 660.00 (€ 974.37).
