Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Head, 1937 by Hans Burkhardt was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in June 2020. The price achieved of USD 8,825.00 (€ 7,857.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hans Burkhardt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abstract Landscape in July 2015 with an auction result of USD 35,000.00 (€ 31,737.40).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Head, 1937 von Hans Burkhardt kam im Juni 2020 bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 8.825,00 (€ 7.857,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Burkhardt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abstract Landscape im Juli 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 35.000,00 (€ 31.737,40).
