Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bali life by Han Snel was sold in the Modern Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2016. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 15,000.00 – 2,000,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 47,100.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Han Snel have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2013 the work Bali was auctioned for EUR 54,300.00.

Die Arbeit Bali life von Han Snel wurde im Juni 2016 in der Auktion Modern Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 2.000.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 47.100,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Han Snel konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2013 die Arbeit Bali für EUR 54.300,00 versteigert.
