Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled (lamp, juicer) by Haim Steinbach was sold in the First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online auction at Christies in London in October last year. The price achieved of GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,678.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Haim Steinbach have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Security And Serenity #1 in September 2015 with an auction result of GBP 93,700.00 (€ 126,892.06).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled (lamp, juicer) von Haim Steinbach wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.600,00 (€ 14.678,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Haim Steinbach auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Security And Serenity #1 im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 93.700,00 (€ 126.892,06).
