Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Iraqi untitled by Hafiz Drubi was sold in the 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective auction at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The price achieved of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 12,730.80) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hafiz Drubi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Family in May this year with an auction result of GBP 51,200.00 (€ 59,571.54).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Iraqi untitled von Hafiz Drubi wurde im Dezember 2015 in der Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 12.730,80) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hafiz Drubi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Family im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 51.200,00 (€ 59.571,54).
