The work Non-Foldings – Ringed Geometry by Haegue Yang was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2021. It achieved a price of USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,257.86), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Haegue Yang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Central Composition in Explosion – Trustworthy ‘For Sophie Taeuber’ #184 in July 2020 with an auction result of HKD 812,500.00 (€ 89,020.30).

Die Arbeit Non-Foldings – Ringed Geometry von Haegue Yang kam im März 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.257,86) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Haegue Yang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Central Composition in Explosion – Trustworthy ‘For Sophie Taeuber’ #184 im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 812.500,00 (€ 89.020,30).
