This price was achieved in the auction No Regrets: 20th/21st Century Art Online at Christies in New York and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Guy Yanai have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bompard Interior in July this year with an auction result of GBP 88,200.00 (€ 102,902.67).
