The work Jungle group by Gustavo Novoa was auctioned at Christies in Paris in January 2011. The result of EUR 500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gustavo Novoa achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Virtual Zebras I in May 2008 with an auction result of USD 14,375.00 (€ 9,238.43).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Jungle group von Gustavo Novoa kam im Januar 2011 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 500,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gustavo Novoa erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Virtual Zebras I im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.375,00 (€ 9.238,43).
