In November 2010 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Sale, which included the work Niña en rosa con caballo by Gustavo Montoya. The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 7,671.06) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gustavo Montoya have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Gustavo Montoya (1905-2003) in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 43,750.00 (€ 37,489.29).

Im November 2010 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Niña en rosa con caballo von Gustavo Montoya zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 7.671,06) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00.
