This artwork by Gustavo Foppiani achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in April 2008. In the 20th Century Italian Art auction, the work Il Dispetto, 1970 sold for EUR 4,337.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Gustavo Foppiani; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Citta' Su Misura Per Marlon, 1971 sold at auction in April 2008 with the realized price of EUR 7,063.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gustavo Foppiani erzielte im April 2008 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century Italian Art wurde die Arbeit Il Dispetto, 1970 für EUR 4.337,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Gustavo Foppiani; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Citta' Su Misura Per Marlon, 1971 im April 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 7.063,00.
