Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Baigneuse-algue" by Gustave Singier was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. It changed hands for a price of SEK 55,000.00 (€ 4,739.07) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of SEK 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gustave Singier achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Intérieur Flamand in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 56,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Baigneuse-algue" von Gustave Singier wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von SEK 55.000,00 (€ 4.739,07) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 40.000,00 – 60.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gustave Singier erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Intérieur Flamand im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 56.250,00.
