In June 2020 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Important Design, which included the work Vases by Gustav Gurschner. The result of EUR 4,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gustav Gurschner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Vase, which sold at auction in June 2020 for EUR 8,125.00.

Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis

Im Juni 2020 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Important Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vases von Gustav Gurschner zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 4.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gustav Gurschner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Vase beobachtet, die im Juni 2020 für EUR 8.125,00 versteigert wurde.
