Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work Henrika Juliana von Liewen, (1709-1779). by Gustaf Lundberg for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 9,338.36). This price was achieved in the auction Important Spring Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 100,000.00 – 125,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gustaf Lundberg - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Venus with a white dove, which sold at auction in December 2014 for SEK 260,000.00 (€ 27,458.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Henrika Juliana von Liewen, (1709-1779). von Gustaf Lundberg für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 9.338,36) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Spring Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 100.000,00 – 125.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gustaf Lundberg mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Venus with a white dove beobachtet, die im Dezember 2014 für SEK 260.000,00 (€ 27.458,89) versteigert wurde.
