A top price for Gustaf Lundberg
The work Venus with a white dove by Gustaf Lundberg was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2014. It achieved a price of SEK 260,000.00 (€ 27,458.89), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30%. With this result, Venus with a white dove is even the most expensive work of art by Gustaf Lundberg that we have observed at auctions so far.
