Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work "The First Snow" by Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad for SEK 190,000.00 (€ 18,169.35). This price was achieved in the auction Important Spring Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 200,000.00 – 250,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Winterlandschaft. 1908. in July 2020 with an auction result of CHF 97,900.00 (€ 91,239.74).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "The First Snow" von Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad für SEK 190.000,00 (€ 18.169,35) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Spring Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 200.000,00 – 250.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Winterlandschaft. 1908. im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 97.900,00 (€ 91.239,74).
