Sold at the lower estimate price
In December this year Bukowski held the auction Important Winter Sale, which included the work Morning of Dawn by Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad. The result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 35,979.03) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 400,000.00 – 500,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Winterlandschaft. 1908., which sold at auction in July 2020 for CHF 97,900.00 (€ 91,239.74).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Dezember diesen Jahres führte Bukowski die Auktion Important Winter Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Morning of Dawn von Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 35.979,03) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 400.000,00 – 500.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gustaf Edolf Fjaestad mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Winterlandschaft. 1908. beobachtet, die im Juli 2020 für CHF 97.900,00 (€ 91.239,74) versteigert wurde.
