A top price for Guo Xuehu
The work Unknown by Guo Xuehu was sold in the Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2014. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 68,750.00 (€ 6,502.02). With this result, Unknown is even the most expensive work of art by Guo Xuehu that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Unknown von Guo Xuehu wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 68.750,00 (€ 6.502,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Unknown sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Guo Xuehu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
