Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2017 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Chinese Contemporary Ink, which included the work The Lingzhi Picker by Guo Hui. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,383.26) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Guo Hui have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2018 the work Strolling with Cane was auctioned for HKD 50,000.00 (€ 5,462.72).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2017 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Chinese Contemporary Ink durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Lingzhi Picker von Guo Hui zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.383,26) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Guo Hui konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2018 die Arbeit Strolling with Cane für HKD 50.000,00 (€ 5.462,72) versteigert.
