The work The Enlightened Spirit by Guo Hanshen was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. It achieved a price of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 32,127.33), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 72%. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Guo Hanshen; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Red Thoughts (Set Of Three) sold at auction in October 2016 with the realized price of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 35,303.78).

Die Arbeit The Enlightened Spirit von Guo Hanshen kam im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 275.000,00 (€ 32.127,33) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 72%. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Guo Hanshen; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Red Thoughts (Set Of Three) im Oktober 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 35.303,78).
