Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work "Mimi" or "La Petite baigneuse" by Gunnar Nilsson was sold in the Modern Art + Design auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in November this year. It achieved a price of SEK 36,000.00 (€ 3,161.72), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Admittedly, works by Gunnar Nilsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Nymphe De Printemps - Circa 1950-1956 in April 2015 with an auction result of EUR 21,450.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit "Mimi" or "La Petite baigneuse" von Gunnar Nilsson wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 36.000,00 (€ 3.161,72) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gunnar Nilsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Nymphe De Printemps - Circa 1950-1956 im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 21.450,00.
