Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Tableaux, Sculptures et Dessins Anciens et du XIXe siècle auction, the work The Martyrdom Of Saint Andrew changed hands for EUR 6,875.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Guillaume Courtois achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ceres At A Fountain, Attended By Putti in December 2012 with an auction result of GBP 163,250.00 (€ 201,332.59).
