Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Clerical Script Calligraphy by Gui Fu was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. The price achieved of HKD 212,500.00 (€ 24,561.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gui Fu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Pair Of Long -Men Couplet Of Calligraphy In Seal Script in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 4,130,000.00 (€ 425,195.53).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Clerical Script Calligraphy von Gui Fu kam im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 212.500,00 (€ 24.561,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gui Fu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Pair Of Long -Men Couplet Of Calligraphy In Seal Script im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.130.000,00 (€ 425.195,53).
