In June 2006 Christies in Rome held the auction 19th Century Pictures, which included the work Veduta Costiera Con Barche E Pescatori by Guglielmo Giusti. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,472.00 74% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Guglielmo Giusti; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Napoli, A Palazzo Donn'Anna sold at auction in June 2006 with the realized price of EUR 4,340.00.

Im Juni 2006 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion 19th Century Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Veduta Costiera Con Barche E Pescatori von Guglielmo Giusti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.472,00 und damit 74% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Guglielmo Giusti; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Napoli, A Palazzo Donn'Anna im Juni 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 4.340,00.
