Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2006 Christies in Rome held the auction 19th Century Pictures, which included the work Scena di Vita Ai Tempi di Paestum by Guglielmo Giusti. The price achieved of EUR 1,612.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,300.00 – 1,800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Guglielmo Giusti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Napoli, A Palazzo Donn'Anna, which sold at auction in June 2006 for EUR 4,340.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2006 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion 19th Century Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Scena di Vita Ai Tempi di Paestum von Guglielmo Giusti zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.612,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.300,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Guglielmo Giusti mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Napoli, A Palazzo Donn'Anna beobachtet, die im Juni 2006 für EUR 4.340,00 versteigert wurde.
