The auction ended at the price of DKK 2,000.00 (€ 268.44), which exactly corresponded to the pre-set estimate of DKK 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gudrun Lauesen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Standing foal in April this year with an auction result of DKK 12,000.00 (€ 1,609.78).
Zuschlag beim Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit A patinated “disko” metal figure in the shape of a calf von Gudrun Lauesen kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von DKK 2.000,00 (€ 268,44) entsprach exakt dem Schätzpreis von DKK 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gudrun Lauesen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Standing foal im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 12.000,00 (€ 1.609,78).
