Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Grégoire Michonze could be acquired at Bonhams in London in March 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Ecole de Paris 1905-1939, The Jewish Artists auction, the work Village scene changed hands for GBP 1,020.00 (€ 1,198.24) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Grégoire Michonze have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Village Party With Musicians in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 9,375.00 (€ 10,942.30).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Grégoire Michonze konnte im März 2021 bei Bonhams in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Ecole de Paris 1905-1939, The Jewish Artists wechselte die Arbeit Village scene für GBP 1.020,00 (€ 1.198,24) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Grégoire Michonze auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Village Party With Musicians im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 9.375,00 (€ 10.942,30).
