A top price for Graham Collins - as previously expected
This work without title by Graham Collins was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 8,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 8,125.00 (€ 7,692.67) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Graham Collins that we have observed at auctions so far.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Graham Collins kam im November 2015 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 8.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 8.125,00 (€ 7.692,67) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Graham Collins, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
