This artwork by Graeme Todd achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in November 2010. In the The Robert Devereux Collection of Post-War British Art in aid of the African Arts Trust, Sale 3 auction, the work House Of Sodal Ye sold for GBP 400.00 (€ 478.00) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 150.00. Admittedly, works by Graeme Todd have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Ruins Of The Ginsburg in April 2011 with an auction result of EUR 4,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Graeme Todd erzielte im November 2010 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Robert Devereux Collection of Post-War British Art in aid of the African Arts Trust, Sale 3 wurde die Arbeit House Of Sodal Ye für GBP 400,00 (€ 478,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 150,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Graeme Todd auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Ruins Of The Ginsburg im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 4.750,00.
